Great activity for people of all ages. No prior horse experience need. We supply the horse and tack. Lessons start with basic horsemanship such as haltering, leading, grooming, lunging, basic riding skills, tacking up/down, and bathing. At the advanced beginner stage we begin training/or trying out several different equine sports such as trail, halter, showmanship, barrel racing, pole bending, roping, and other play day events. I also have some students that come just to ride and experience horses.
